Overview
TheSofterWater is owned and operated from California, United States. We're pleased to offer free premium shipping on all orders. This Shipping Policy explains how long orders take and what to expect after you order. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
After processing, estimated delivery is 5–12 days, so total time from order to delivery is roughly 6–15 days.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. As stated in our Terms of Service, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders. The price you pay at checkout covers your product and delivery.
Import duties and taxes
For most destinations there's nothing extra to pay. However, some countries and regions charge their own import taxes, VAT, or customs duties on incoming orders — for example, orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to local VAT and duties.
Where these apply, they are the customer's responsibility, are not included in your product or shipping price, and are typically collected by the carrier or customs at delivery. Because rates are set by the destination country, we can't calculate them in advance — please check your local rules if you're unsure.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available, so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package comes back to us for this reason, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send it.
Risk of loss
As set out in our Terms of Service, once we hand products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your order arrives damaged, follow the process in our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Delayed or missing deliveries
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn't arrived, email us at support@thesofterwater.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
